Call for Exhibitors

iPOP2026 will be held at Keio Univ., Kanagawa, Japan on July 30-31, 2026.
The conference is intended to share among the industry and the academia communities, the knowledge, new findings, and experience on the state-of-the-art of "IP[IoT & Processing Network]+Optical technologies." Within the theme, we are augmenting the existing central theme of the conference with forward 6G (Beyond 5G) network and smart city which includes backbone, platform and services. In addition, we have network topics such as SDN, NFV and service chaining with the focus on reliable, manageable, flexible and cost-effective carrier and/or service provider networks. The iPOP2026 anticipates a draw of over 200 attendees, made up of network operators, service providers, and equipment vendors.

For booth reservation and all other requests, please contact iPOP2026 Exhibition Secretary (ipop2026-exhibition@ml.pilab.jp) by May 31, 2026. Exhibitors will be obliged to provide electronic data of poster panels the end of June, which will be uploaded on the website of iPOP2026.

We invite you to showcase the next generation of end-to-end network services and slice management empowered by hybrid-cloud orchestration and machine learning-covering latency-sensitive communications, distributed edge/data-center networks, and open/disaggregated optical/photonic infrastructures for the Beyond 5G/6G era.

Depending on the number of participants, we are considering either a retrospective presentation of our past work or a discussion about future showcase directions.
